The nüvi model is compatible with an extensive list of mobile phones. Pair with your phone to dial, answer and speak through Garmin's built-in microphone and speaker. Look up and dial numbers from your contacts and call POI's. The nuvi 1240 received the 'Best Serious Navigation' award from T3 magazine in July 2009.
