Induction Kits

Performance Induction kits are a great way to increase your cars power. They work by replacing your cars existing air box with a cone air filter, the most common type would be the 57i kit made by K&N Filters, but many other manufacturers produce similar products. The open cone filter allows much more air into the cars engine which gives you a boost to performance, most kits would include a cold air feed to direct cold air from the front of the car directly in to the filter, cold air is better as its more dense and creates better combustion and more BHP.

Inductions kits

come in many different designs and are sometimes referred to as intake kits, some are a simple cone filter that fits directly on to the cars air flow meter, others will have additional pipe work to move the filter away from the heat of the engine, which work best as hot air restricts performance.
