Held in the grounds of the historic Goodwood House, West Sussex, the Goodwood Festival of Speed has been an annual event in the car calendar since 1993. Goodwood Hill Climb
This years world renowned hill climb event has been themed as ‘Peaks of Performance – Motorsport’s Game-Changers’. That means the hill climb will be sporting plenty of vehicles that were so good the rules had to be tweaked or in some cases rewritten, to give rivals a fighting chance.
Among this years assortment of classic cars from the past 100 years will be some 1980’s 1000bhp turbocharged Grand Prix monsters, Unlimited Group 7 sports cars, 750kg Formula European Championship giants of the 1930’s and the bewildering winged beasts from rallying’s Group B era.
If you’re more into having fun on two wheels there’s also plenty of power for you too. From iconic 500cc Grand Prix bikes to 200bhp MotoGP missiles from the Isle of Man TT and World Superbike Winners.
