How Do I Qualify
   Simply purchase ANY Brembo Brake Pad Set, or any pair of Brembo Brake Discs from our website (www.eurocarparts.com) to be automatically entered into our prize draw.

How are Winner Selected
We will choose 5 winners at random who qualify at the end of the promotional period.  - These winners will be contacted via email to award them their prize.

What Do I Get In My Prize
   Each pair of tickets allows you to choose 4 different Super Cars, from a choice of 12 to take on a 3 mile drive around your chosen location (a total of 12 miles)  - After your 4th drive, you'll get to strap into the passenger seat and go for a high speed ride in a hot hatch, driven by a professional instructor.

1.    The terms and conditions stated below together with any terms and conditions herein referred to, apply to this Prize Draw, unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering into this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.    The Prize Draw is promoted and administered by Euro Car Parts Limited (‘ECP’), T2 Birch Coppice Business Park, Danny Morson Way, Dordon, Tamworth, B78 1SE.

3.    These terms are subject to the promotion and incentive terms (clause 6) of the ECP Terms and Conditions of Sale found at www.eurocarparts.com. 

4.    ECP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or the terms without notice.

5.    In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, conduct, results or any other matters relating to the Prize Draw, ECP’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Qualifying Entrants
6.    To enter in to the Prize Draw you must purchase 1 x Brembo Brake Pad Set or 2 x Brembo Brake Discs from our website: www.eurocarparts.com during 8:00am on 21 April 2017 to 23:59 on 30 May 2017 (the ‘Promotion’).

7.    To qualify to enter the Prize Draw you must be aged 18 or over with a valid driving licence and resident in the United Kingdom and or the Republic of Ireland.

8.    Employees of ECP or any associated company are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

9.    ECP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms.
Competition Entries
10.    Only one entry will be allowed per (qualifying) transaction and up to a maximum of 5 entries will be allowed during the Promotion. 

11.    Orders which are returned or cancelled will be automatically removed from entry.

12.    Entry closes midnight Tuesday 30 May 2017.

13.    5 Prize Draw winners (the ‘Winners’) will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries and notified by email on Friday 30 June 2017. If the email is undeliverable or the winner fails to reply before 23: 59 on 17 July 2017 (and in accordance with ECP’s emailed instructions) this may result in disqualification.

14.    In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Prize Draw, ECP in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected at random and ECP shall have no liability to the original winner.

15.    Prizes are awarded at the discretion of ECP and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

16.    Winners will receive their pre-paid booking slip via recorded delivery by 31 July 2017.

17.    The prize entitles the winner to a pair of tickets for the opportunity to choose 4 different Super Cars from a choice of 12 to take on a 3 mile drive around a chosen location (a total of 12 miles). After the 4th drive, you’ll get the chance to strap into the passenger seat and go for a high speed ride in a high-performance hatch back car, driven by a professional instructor.

18.    It is the Winners’ responsibility to book the event and ensure compliance with Red Letter Days (the ‘Organisers’) guidelines. ECP will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or cancelled events due to any reason.

19.    ECP reserves the right to provide alternative prizes. No cash alternative is available.

20.    Prizes may be transferred by the Winner. 

21.    Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and ECP reserves the right to use the names of Winners in any publicity both in paper and online.

22.    ECP accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted.

23.    Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party.
