How to find parts
- Selecting your vehicle
So that we can provide you with the best
possible service, and to make your browsing experience more personalised
we need to know exactly the vehicle you need parts for. Our home
page has a 'Vehicle Selection' box where you will pick your
vehicle make (BMW) and the year of manufacture (2000). Once selected
you will be taken to the 'Series' (E36:M3 Saloon) selection box.
When you have picked your vehicle 'Series' you will be taken to
the final selection box 'Model' (E36:M3 Saloon - 3.2 S50). Your
selected vehicle is now displayed at the top of the page.

- How to pick your
parts category
Once you have selected your vehicle you
will be taken to the 'Parts'
page. Here you will see all the parts we have available for your
vehicle. These parts are broken down into relevant headings. For
example a 'Radiator'
will be found under the heading of 'Cooling'. You may find that
some of the categories do not contain any parts - as we are adding
items to our web site every day we may still be able to help you.
Just complete the parts enquiry form and we will contact you as
soon as we can.

- Using the 'All Makes Search'
feature
As the name suggests this feature will search
against our entire product range (not the vehicle you currently
have selected).
To view parts for your selected vehicle use the categories on
the 'Parts'
page.
You can enter both 'Keywords' (bmw
1991 brake pads) or a 'Part No' (123 1234). The search will be
against all the parts within our database, therefore it may take
a few seconds before the results are displayed.

Shopping
- Ordering online
Ordering online with us is easy, secure
and convenient - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use either the
'Quick Search' or 'Parts'
page to select your required product. When you are happy with
your selection then click the 'Buy' button to add the part to
your shopping basket. Follow the on screen instructions to complete
your purchase.
You can pay for your goods online by credit card, cheque or postal
money. We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Switch,
Visa, Access, American Express and Diners Club. These 3 options
will be available to you before completing your purchase. Please
allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear. However if your
part is required urgently please add an additional 1.5% on the
order value for the emergency Transax cheque clearance facility.

- Delivery Time
If we have the parts in stock, all orders
taken by 4.30pm are dispatched that same day. A dedicated team
of experienced parts specialists will ensure that your order arrives
to you in perfect condition.
Some larger items may require a longer lead time. In this case
one of our parts specialists will contact you prior to dispatch.
- Important information
for customers outside of the United Kingdom:
Your country of residence may impose import
duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges
for customs clearance are not included
in our prices and require payment upon delivery. Should your order
be returned to us, due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking
fees may be charged to your credit card. Because customs policies
vary widely from country to country; we strongly recommend that
you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible
import duties and taxes before placing an order.
- Surcharges
Certain items that we carry here at Euro
Car Parts have been reconditioned. These items will carry an
additional 'Surcharge' amount which will be automatically
added to your Shopping Basket when you select a reconditioned
item.
When we receive your old unit back, the surcharge amount will
be refunded to you as soon as the item has been checked by our
returns department.
Before returning your old unit please ensure that it is in a reserviceable
condition. For example, Caliper casings should not be badly damaged
or broken. Euro Car Parts reserves the right not to refund the
surcharge if it is found that the unit is unserviceable.

- Privacy and Security
We take our customers privacy and security
very seriously. When we request your credit card details you will
see a gold padlock located on your browsers status bar. When double-clicked
a Verisign Secure Digital Certificate displays verifying our credentials
and the current encryption status.
To further enhance this security we do not store any customer
or credit details on our web server.
Message Privacy
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts all traffic between our web
server and customers, using a unique session key. To securely
transmit the session key to the customer, our server encrypts
it with our public key. Each session key is used only once, during
a single session with a single customer. These layers of privacy
protection ensure that information cannot be viewed if unauthorised
parties intercept it.

- Returns procedure
Before returning any goods please read our
Terms and Conditions.
Euro Car Parts must be informed in writing of any items that you
wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing
the day after delivery.
All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant
invoice or appropriate proof of purchase, i.e. credit card slip.
Items should be returned to the branch where the items were originally
purchased. All items ordered via our web site or national mail
order should be returned to: Euro Car Parts, Fulton Road, Wembley
Industrial Estate, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0TF. The cost of returning
items is the responsibility of the customer.

Terms and Conditions
- Parts ordered to customer’s specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.
- All part orders cancelled in writing within 7 working days (Commencing the day after receipt of the goods) will be credited in full. Any parts that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period may be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge. (Damaged or faulty goods may still be credited after the 7 day period dependant on the circumstance)
- Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.
- All parts being returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted or if sealant grease has been applied. (With the exception of faulty goods)
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange units that are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.
- Surcharges must be paid for upon purchase of the unit and will only be reimbursed when the unit is accepted by our surcharge department. Any surcharge will be reimbursed in full if the order is cancelled in writing within 7 working days (Commencing the day after receipt of the goods) and the surcharge unit will be returned. (This only applies to goods ordered via the internet or our mail order department)
- Warranty / labour claims will only be considered on faulty goods. For information and advice on making a claim please contact our warranty / labour claims department at our Wembley distribution centre.
- Items returned for credit must be accompanied by the relevant invoice or proof of purchase.
- All parts and accessories from Euro Car Parts are guaranteed. Please check individual specification and guarantee available for the product at the time of purchase.
- Mail order and internet orders are subject to a delivery charge, this charge will vary depending on the product. All charges will be notified before completion of the order.

FAQ - (Frequently Asked Questions)
- After selecting my vehicle I enter keywords
into the 'All Makes Search' box but the results are not for my
vehicle.
As the name suggests the 'All makes Search'
box will filter against our entire product range. Therefore any
keywords that you enter here must include the vehicle model you
are searching for. For example entering simply 'brake pads' you
will see all the brake pads that we carry not the ones for your
selected vehicle. Alternatively if you enter 'Porsche 911 1972
front brake pads' you will only see the front brake pads for a
'Porsche 911 1972'.
- When I enter my telephone number on
the 'Parts Request' or 'Members' page, I get the message 'Please
enter a valid telephone number'.
The telephone number edit box will only accept
numbers or spaces. Therefore if you have entered your telephone
number - 1234-345-4567 or +44(0)1992 123123 this will not be accepted.
Just re-enter the number - 1234 345 4567 or 44 01992 123123.
- When I begin to select my vehicle from
the home page, I first select 'MANUFACTURER' then 'YEAR' and click
'GO'. I am taken to a new page where I select my vehicle 'SERIES'.
When I click 'GO' a second time I am taken back to the same page.
You have your 'Temporary Internet files' set
(under the heading 'Check for newer version of stored pages')
to 'Never'. Solution - change your settings to 'Automatically'.
Select 'Tools' - 'Internet Options' - 'Temporary Internet Files'
- 'Settings' - click the checkbox 'Automatically' - OK - Apply
- OK.
