Price Match Promise

Our Promise

We are very happy to offer our price match promise on any product that we sell either online or in-store: if you see the same product advertised at a lower cost (Cheaper Product) by another VAT registered mainland UK retailer (Retailer) either before you purchase the product from us, Euro Car Parts Limited, or within 7 days of the invoice date, then we will sell you our product at the same price as the Cheaper Product or refund you the difference (as applicable), subject to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

What we will match

In order for our Price Match Promise to apply, the Cheaper Product must adhere to the following eligibility criteria:

  • It must be new, in its original packaging and be of the same brand and the same product number as the product advertised by or purchased from us.
  • The cheaper product must be in stock and ready for delivery at the date of your claim and advertised at the lower price. We will only match prices that are advertised by the Retailer at full retail value; we will not match trade prices or prices that are advertised by the Retailer on a discounted basis, including but not limited to membership club benefits, special offer prices, promotions or exclusive discounts.
  • The price calculated will need to be inclusive of VAT and all delivery costs.
  • We will not price match bulk discounts, promotional offers (including but not limited to buy one get one free, voucher or promotional codes), closing- down sales.
  • We do not price match products found on auction or marketplace retailers (Including but not limited to eBay and Amazon).
  • We only match prices from VAT registered mainland UK retailers and sold in GBP (pound sterling).

This Price Match Promise cannot be used together with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

We try our best to match the price of every product, but we reserve the right to amend, decline a claim, suspend or withdraw this price match promise and/or these terms and conditions (including the eligibility criteria) at our sole discretion at any time. We further reserve the right to reject a claim made under this Price Match Promise if unauthorised reselling is suspected by us.

What to do in-store? 

If you find the cheaper product, within 30 miles of your local Euro Car Parts store, before you purchase or within 7 days of your invoice date and it matches the above eligibility criteria, we’ll need you to provide us with:

  • Our product number or a link to the eurocarparts.com product page you want to match or your order reference number or invoice number;
  • A link to the website or the name of the relevant Retailer, with the product brand and product number of the Cheaper Product;
  • The price of the Cheaper Product advertised by the Retailer, including VAT and delivery costs.

Your claim must be made within 7 days of your invoice date; unfortunately, if it is outside of this 7-day time frame, we will not match the price.

In order to submit your claim in-store, please visit your local store and supply the above information to one of our team; they will then assess your claim in-store, including whether the eligibility criteria has been satisfied.

What to do online?

If you find a Cheaper Product advertised by a Retailer that matches the above eligibility criteria, we’ll need you to provide us with the following:

  • Our product number or a link to the eurocarparts.com product page you want to match.
  • A link to the website or the name of the Retailer, with the product brand and product number of the Cheaper Product.
  • The price of the Cheaper Product advertised by the Retailer, including VAT and delivery costs.

You will need to submit this information here. Once we have reviewed your request, we’ll usually reply to you within 48 hours by email to confirm our decision.

I have already ordered.

If you find a Customer Product advertised by a Retailer within 7 days of your online purchase invoice date and it satisfies the above eligibility criteria, we will need you to send us;

  • Your order reference number.
  • A link to the website or the name of the Retailer, with the product brand and product number of the Cheaper Product.
  • The price of the Cheaper Product advertised by the Retailer, including VAT and delivery costs.

Your claim must be made within 7 days of your invoice date; unfortunately, if it is outside of this 7-day time frame, we will not match the price

All Price Match Promises are assessed at the sole discretion of Euro Car Parts Limited.
