This premium synthetic RN SAE 5W-30 ‘Mid-SAPS’ engine oil with Renault RN17 specification is specially developed for Renault and Dacia turbocharged petrol (TGDI) and Euro 6 diesel engines. This engine oil also protects the petrol particulate filter (GPF) and diesel particulate filter (DPF) and also the entire exhaust after-treatment system of these engines. The RN17 specification sets high standards on oxidation (aging), excellent cleaning performance of the engine, pistons and protection against soot on the valve train, which also gives a good results in lower fuel consumption. This engine oil meets the high standard of Renault and is excellent for extended service intervals despite the heavy loads on this engine oil. This SAE 5W-30 with the Renault RN17 specification exceeds the earlier SAE 5W-30 engine oil with the RN700 and RN710 specifications.
