How Do I Qualify?

Simply purchase ANY Brembo Brake Pad Set & any pair of Brembo Brake Discs from our website (www.eurocarparts.com) to be automatically entered into our prize draw.

How are Winners Selected?

We will choose 5 winners at random who qualify at the end of the promotional period.  The winners will be contacted via email to award them their prize.

For Runner’s Up and 3rd Prize, we will be conduct the draw at the same time and notify you after competition ends.

  1. The terms and conditions stated below together with any terms and conditions herein referred to, apply to this Prize Draw, unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering into this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. The Prize Draw is promoted and administered by Euro Car Parts Limited t/a LKQ Euro Car Parts (“ECP”), T2 Birch Coppice Business Park, Danny Morson Way, Dordon, Tamworth, B78 1SE.

 

  1. These terms are subject to the promotion and incentive terms (clause 6) of the ECP’s Stand Terms and Conditions of Sale which can be found at www.eurocarparts.com./terms-and-conditions

 

  1. ECP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or the Promotional Terms without notice to you.

 

  1. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, conduct, results or any other matters relating to the Prize Draw, ECP’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Qualifying Criteria

  1. To enter in to the Prize Draw you must purchase: 1 x Brembo Brake Pad Set & 2 x Brembo Brake Discs from our website: www.eurocarparts.com between 8:00am on 30th September 2020 to 11:49pm on 04th November 2020 (the “Promotion”).

 

  1. To qualify for the Prize Draw you must be aged 18 or over with a valid driving licence and resident in the United Kingdom and/or the Republic of Ireland.

 

  1. You must be a Consumer.

 

  1. Employees of ECP or any associated company are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

 

  1. ECP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms.
     

Competition Entries

 

  1. Only one entry will be allowed per (qualifying) transaction and up to a maximum of 5 entries will be allowed during the Promotion. 

 

  1. Orders which are refunded or cancelled will be automatically removed from entry.

 

  1. Entry closes at midnight on 4th November 2020 2020

 

  1. 5 Prize Draw winners (the “Winners”) will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries and notified by email on Wednesday 30 November 2020. If the email is undeliverable or the winner fails to reply before 23: 59 on 6th December 2020 (and in accordance with ECP’s emailed instructions) this may result in disqualification.

 

  1. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Prize Draw, ECP in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected at random and ECP shall have no liability to the original winner.

 

  1. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of ECP and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

 

  1. Winners will receive their pre-paid lifestyle voucher via email by 31 December 2020, but this can be changed at Euro Car Parts’ sole discretion.

 

  1. ECP reserves the right to provide alternative prizes. No cash alternative is available.

 

  1. By accepting the prize, Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and ECP reserves the right to use the names of Winners in any publicity both in paper and online.

 

  1. ECP accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted.

 

  1. Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party and shall be processed in accordance with ECP’s privacy notice which can be found at: www.eurocarparts.com/privacy-notice. Alternatively, you may contact the Privacy Team at privacy@eurocarparts.com
