Car Bulb Fitting at Euro Car Parts

Typically, the car bulbs in your headlamps will last anywhere between 500 and 1,000 hours, but different categories of bulb may have different life expectancies. Driving with a blown bulb, or even just a bulb that’s begun to dim, will hugely reduce your visibility, so it’s dangerous for you as well as other drivers and pedestrians.

It is recommended that headlight bulbs are replaced in pairs to ensure an even beam, as old bulbs can change their colour and beam strength with age. If you need new car bulbs and you don’t feel confident changing them yourself, getting replacement bulbs installed couldn’t be easier with Euro Car Parts. The process is quick and simple, and with over 1,000 workshops all over the UK, there’s bound to be one near you.

The Euro Car Parts Fit It For Me service is both convenient and straightforward to use. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

  1. 1. Firstly, use the fast finder tool on our website to work out which car bulbs are right for your vehicle – once you’ve selected these, add them to your cart.
  2. 2. Go to your shopping cart, and then select “view my fitting options”, at this stage you’ll be able to choose a garage near you, where you can get the fitting done.
  3. 3. After you’ve picked a workshop, you’ll just need to select an appointment at a time and date that works for you, then enter your payment details and place your order.

The bulbs you ordered (and any other required parts) will be delivered to the workshop, so the only thing left to do once you’ve booked in your bulb replacement is drop off your car; be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your chosen slot. You won’t need to pay for the repair until you collect your vehicle later on, when your parts have been successfully fitted.

At the moment, the garages that carry out the Euro Car Parts Fit It For Me service perform a specific range of repairs. The workshop teams can change your car bulbs, fit a new car battery, replace your brake discs and brake pads together, and change your engine oil, provided you’re also getting a new oil filter fitted too.

If your car needs any other repairs, these will need to be agreed separately with the mechanics at the workshop directly, as we’re unable to facilitate them via the website.

With 130,000 parts from industry-leading brands in stock, Euro Car Parts is sure to have what you need. There are over 270 different car bulbs available on our website; to find out exactly which products are compatible with your vehicle, just enter your registration number into the search bar on our fast finder tool. When you hit enter, we’ll filter out any items which aren’t suitable for your car, so you’ll never purchase the wrong part.
